LEAH COOPER, M.D.

Dr. Leah Cooper grew up in Littleton, Colorado. She attended Colorado State University for her undergraduate degree and then spent 2 years in the US Peace Corps in Gabon, Africa. She studied medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and did her family medicine residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. She practiced medicine in La Junta before moving back to Denver in 2000, when she joined the faculty at Swedish Family Medicine Residency. She enjoys swimming, bicycling, running, hiking, and gardening. She and her husband like to work on and restore old Ford vehicles. 

Dr. Cooper is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians. She joined Hampden Medical Group in April 2018.  Dr. Cooper is currently not taking new patients.
